After we ship your order you will receive your invoice and a tracking link by email. Please note that product arrival time differs depending on country.
NOTICE: DUE TO COVID-19 SHIPPING TIME MAY EXTEND BETWEEN 1 TO 2 WEEKS.
Open Art Museum cannot be held responsible for any duties or taxes imposed on your package once it leaves The Netherlands. Please be aware of this and safeguard against any uncalculated fees by contacting your local delivery providers for their regulations and tax procedures.
 
Returns and exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we sincerely apologize if you are not. 
Whatever the reason might be, we would be happy to provide exchanges or returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met :
  • Please get touch with us within 7 days after your order and before you send back any items.
  • All items must be in their original packaging
  • All items must be undamaged and in their original condition
  • Proof of purchase must be included
  • Mail us your parcel via a traceable mode of postage
  • If products arrived damaged, proof of damage must be sent within 2 days of delivery
  • All items would need to be purchased originally from our website. 
All above above conditions need to apply, otherwise we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refunds regardless if the items have been mailed back to us.
